Inspired by my black cats and the signature song for my label, Black Cat Central Music, "Black Cat Groove" is an original soul-jazz tune written on the Hammond B3 organ. I decided to write a tune for the B3 organ since many of my previous tunes had been written on the Rhodes or the piano. The tune is a playful groove that mimics the playful antics of my cats.
